SOUTH METROPOLITAN CRICKET ASSOCIATION
1997-98 A general lack of interest in this competition saw it lapse and it seemed very doubtful the competition would be re-instated
1998-99 The club instigated discussions with the Leeming Junior Club with a view to that club becoming a member of the Leeming Spartan Cricket
  Club. This became a reality when the Junior Club's Annual General Meeting voted in favour of the amalgamation. This historic move led to
  eleven junior teams being added to the club's playing strength. These teams ranged from the Under 10 to the Under 17 competitions.
